Training 02/01/16

I'm working on something I'm calling Zig-Zag H.I.T. So far I'm into the fourth week and still making decent gains, although I started extremely light in order to ensure that. This is a sneak peak at what it looks like: 

Twelve exercises for one all-out set. It is grueling but satisfying, and I am recovering well. Going to run it until everything plateaus, then reassess.
