Decent chest and back training session. I'm actually trying to feel different parts of my back in the rowing movements. This isn't always easy, so I'm dumping weight on the exercises and throwing pauses in to try to improve the ol' mind-muscle connection.
After this training session I ran into my friend, James, who asked if I fancied a surf. I did fancy one, despite being gassed, so we went to the super secret spot in Venice Beach called Backyards and styled on some peelers.
The water is fine, and that was a good Friday.
