No Arnold or big Louie sightings today. Just focused training and some minor improvements.

Last week's training after chest was a moderate arms and shoulders day, 10 x 40 yds sprints, then two days of two-hour surf sessions in Baja Norte. Nothing makes me more ravenous than a couple hours of surfing, and I was in a good place to be hungry.

Highly recommended are breaks around Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, and La Salina.
