Decline Barbell Bench (paused) @ up to 225 x 5 x 2

Inc. DB Bench @ up to 75 x 8

Flat Fly @ up to 45 x 12

Dip @ body weight x 20, 15, 12, 10

I've been doing chest and back on Mondays and Fridays for a while and I assume it has been responsible for some of my elbow issues. I'm going to be focusing on just chest on Mondays and back on Fridays to see if that alleviates some of the pain. 

I read somewhere that Dorian Yates relied on decline pressing for the majority of his career to build his chest. While it was never quite as impressive as the one pictured above, I've decided to throw it in the mix to get a little stronger and hopefully stimulate something new.

Speaking of the above dude, he showed up while I was doing dips and if you read my first Arnold post, you know I couldn't possibly half-step the exercise when he was around. Pumping Iron was playing on the screen above me, the star was in front of me, and training went well.
