Seated Calf Raise @ up to 2 plates + 25 x 12, 1 plate x 20

Donkey Calf Machine @ up to 400 x 12

I did standing calf raises at body weight in between all of these sets and exercises. Decent calf pump and will surely be sore.

Ran out of time and did no other leg exercises, then froze my ass off in the ocean giving a surfing lesson for an hour and forty-five minutes. Took a couple of hours and lots of rice to finally warm back up.
